Executive Chef Mark Kropczynski’s culinary passion extends beyond the kitchen, acquiring ingredients direct from the source. An avid fisherman and lobster diver, Chef Kropczynski takes full advantage of the Pacific seafood found off of the California coast. Celebrate the start of California Spiny Lobster season with the special dishes for breakfast and lunch, in addition to Chef’s Tasting Dinner.
The Tasting Dinner Menu will be available for $80 per person plus tax and gratuity.
